City of Boerne New Zoning Classification Open House

Mark your calendar for May 24th when there will be an open house at 5:30pm at the Kronkosky Place to answer your questions. You may also attend P&Z meetings on May 3, May 10, June 7 and June 14 to provide your comments.

The City Council adopted the text of the UDC in November 2020. All residential and commercial properties will get a new zoning classification once the amendments to the UDC are adopted prior to an expected effective date of July 28, 2021. You need to understand what this means for you.
