Annual Wild Game Dinner

The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce will host its second annual Wild Game Dinner on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Kendall County Fairgrounds on River Road (Hwy. 46) in Boerne, TX from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person and include food, drink and registration for door prizes.
 
Guests will enjoy food prepared by more than a dozen cook teams and will feature assorted wild game meats such as elk, white tail and axis deer, nilgai, alligator, jambalaya, stew, chili with all the trimmings, and maybe even some duck gumbo.

Simultaneously, the Chamber will be conducting both live and silent auctions with hundreds of great items for bid and door prize winners will be drawn all evening long. Many of the items available will be hunting related such as hunting trips, guns, and knives.
 
A portion of the proceeds from the event will fund two new Chamber scholarships designated for students pursuing careers in agriculture, wild life management, and/or culinary arts.
