When is the Trail System getting started?\n\n\n\nMayor Dan Heckler is inviting the public to attend his "State of the City" address on Thursday\, November 18\, 2010 at 7  p.m. at the Boerne Convention and Community Center.  "The budget has just been approved by the City Council and I want the public to be kept informed on what we will spend their money on and what we have planned this coming year.  There should be no surprises\, no guessing\, and no question on what the City is doing with your money" Mayor Heckler said. There will be a 30 minute open mike for questions following the mayor's address.\n\n \n\nThe public is encouraged to attend.
