DESCRIPTION:The Unified Development Code (UDC) will combine various city ordinances relating to development into a single document. The creation of the UDC for Boerne began in 2019. It is the first major project undertaken to implement the Boerne Master Plan updated in 2018. \n\n\n\nThe UDC was anticipated to be adopted in April 2020. Due to COVID-19\, the UDC adoption was delayed. The first phase of adoption is now proposed to be in early 2021 followed by the second phase which includes the overlay districts.
