DESCRIPTION:Forest Therapy \n\nOur Forest Therapy walk will take place along the Woodlands Trail\, the Cibolo Nature Center.\n\nWe will meet in the parking lot\, complete some forms\, and prepare for our walk that will take approximately two hours and cover one and a half miles. There are spots on the trail that are a little rocky\, and we recommend closed-toe shoes or boots to protect your feet and ankles. Please bring water\, sunscreen\, bug spray\, and anything else you might enjoy having with you. There are some places to sit\, but we will be on our feet most of the time.
