There are spots on the trail that are a little rocky\, and we recommend closed-toe shoes or boots to protect your feet and ankles. Please bring water\, sunscreen\, bug spray\, and anything else you might enjoy having with you. There are some places to sit\, but we will be on our feet most of the time.
