SUMMARY:2014 Boerne Water Forum: Community Growth and Water Quality ARE Compatible
DESCRIPTION:2014 Boerne Water Forum: Community Growth and Water Quality ARE Compatible\n\n \nKendall County is anticipating significant growth in the coming years which will bring many opportunities to the area and some challenges. One of those challenges will be how we manage storm water runoff with all of the development taking place. The Chamber believes that community growth and good water quality are compatible. This Forum's panel is comprised of experts in the field who will share examples of real projects that demonstrate ways to decentralize storm water management\, meet water quality goals and do so generally less expensively than with conventional methods. If our "function" goal is for our solutions to be effective and less expensive\, then our "form" goals should be focused on how well these developments fit into our beautiful Hill Country community. Come hear how form and function can work harmoniously together.\n\n\n\nKaren Bishop San Antonio River Authority\n\nAlex Ramirez Design Workshop\n\nDavid Batts Construction ECOServices\n\nRobert Adair Construction ECOServices
