Owner and Chef Tom Stevens has a optimistic attitude and keen ability to combine flavors into memorable dishes. He is a master at creating culinary selections that not only surprise but exceed expectations. The secret? Cooking with the freshest meats, fish and produce, along with unique seasonings a dash of love and passion mixed with a talented staff! It is our recipe for success. In addition, we cook our steaks, fish and chicken over a wood fired grille just to add another touch of flavor. In our custom made smoker we smoke our salmon, prime rib and other specialty meats, to ensure the freshest flavors possible. Desserts are made in house daily as are our soups!
Paul Thompson, owner, chef and sommelier, uses his talents not only to cook but especially to hand pick the finest wines available. Wine is a passion for Paul and we are the beneficiary's! He is well versed in the best vintage years and varietals. He has a grape for any occasion and is a encyclopedia on the subject. Being half Californian, Paul picks the majority of our wines from the Napa Valley. We maintain a close relationship with some of the valleys best and longstanding wineries, such as, Kellham, Darioush, Opus, Inglenook and Plumpjack wineries.
