Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Job Description
Established law firm seeking experienced part-time Paralegal/Legal Secretary.  The applicant must possess the following:
  • Minimum 2 years previous legal experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in transcribing dictation
  • Solid legal writing skills
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment (e.g. phone, fax, copier, etc.)
  • Ability to follow detailed directions and multi-task
  • Type minimum of 60 wpm
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relation skills
  • Real Estate Experience and BA or BS degree from an accredited College or University is preferred.
