Administrative Assistant
Requirements: the applicant MUST possess the following:
MS Word/Excel/PP literate;
MS Excel proficiency;
Solid writing and communication knowledge and experience (e.g. drafting, phone, fax, and email);
Be able to follow directions;
Handle multiple projects;
Calendaring, Task Assignment, Task Management
Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
Type at a minimum of 60 wpm;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and client skills/communication
Minimum 2 years previous experience as Administrative Assistant 

 
Desired:
BA or BS degree from an accredited College or University is preferred and/or experience in an administrative position.
